Which Bank has the best customer service, for Credit Card?

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I need to get all my credit card replaced. I own few cards issue from 4 different bank. 2 local and 2 foreign. The 2 local is Ambank and Hong Leong Bank, while 2 foreign bank is Citibank and HSBC. It was Saturday, midnight, I call the customer service and report lost card. All bank able to get my existing card blocked. However when it come to card replacement, the 2 local bank not able to proceed. One give a reason system not available and one give a reason it is non working hours. What about the 2 foreign bank? Yes both bank able to get the replacement card process done. So for the 2 local bank card I have to call again on Monday to get my replacement card.

Now, a lot of you might think the replacement card is ready and collect during next working day. You will be disappointed. Citibank provide 24 hours card replacement service and I got my new card on Monday, collected at HQ. Next card ready to collect is Hong Leong Bank, Friday. Ambank card on the second week, Thursday. Both cards are collected at respective HQ (as per my request). I just got my HSBC replacement card recently and it was post to me, I recall I waited for 3 weeks.... However the postal could be late due to the long holiday and festive season.

For those who own these credit card and touch wood, require to get a card replacement due to lost + stolen. Be ready for the wait. Good Luck. Don't ever lost your credit card as is a hustle to get a card replacement. BTW, I haven't share about the auto debit service I subscribed, the auto debit is another headache which I think I will share on my next blog.

Sabuti, A Burmese Traditional Food

I came across this stall at the restaurant opposite Pudu Plaza. A typical Chinese restourant selling typical Malaysian food, watan mee, porridge, pan mee, and etc. Then something caught me, some Burmese selling something call Sabuti. From far it look like porridge. When I get a closer look at it, it is soup, like the Indian ox tail or chicken soup. My curiosity tell me to try it. I sit down and order 1 portion. They serve with salt and MSG. An extra RM 1 you will get the fried beef with chili and onion, I warm you...is super hot..at least for my standard. After my first sip and I know why they serve the salt and MSG. The soup is plain, pretty plain in taste. One might enjoy it but not me. I prefer my soup to be a bit "spice". I added the salt and MSG and the soup taste better. Please note this is not a healthy way of eating soup. Don't try it too often :D The ingredient inside the soup, beef and corn.
