At this moment, this time when I am writing this blog. I can hardly go to sleep. I wonder who would make such a cruel decision to do digging and road repair, 2am morning in the middle of a resident area where people are trying to rest and sleep. The loud noise by heavy vehicle and machine already polluting the area. Its already make me go insane and I need to express it out LOUD Why is the work can not be done in the morning or noon when people are not sleeping and going out work. I know work had to be done but please be reasonable and feasible. This is totally unacceptable, insane and STUPID. 2am digging in resident area GO TO HELL
