27/12/2006 1400, I was on my to Immigration office at Damansara to submit my passport application. Before that i heard a lot of bad experience at Immigration Office, especially during passport application. Now i deeply feel the frustration at immigration office. I reach the office 1400, the office is crowded as usual but what make angry was the staff attitude and how the immigration office being operate. There like 500++ people in the queue and amazing not even half of the counter is being utilized. I overheard some of people waited there since morning. For your information, in order for one to be able to a number for the queue, one must fill up the application form and prepare the necessary documents. One must show the document to the offices a counter and then the officer will give the number. I am deeply felt that resources is not being utilized here. Do you think that we need a people to help us press the number printing machine... After getting my number, I need to wait for 200
