The Adventures of Tin Tin is coming to town and its 3D. One might not be a fans of the comics but surely one must not miss the movie. The plot and graphic is just near perfect, at least after seeing the trailer. I must said, this could be the best 3D motion picture ever. The movie will be on big screen by 10 November 2011 p/s: UIP Malaysia is hosting a online treasure hunt in conjunction of the movie. One could win the fabulous trip to Bali. I came across this stall at the restaurant opposite Pudu Plaza. A typical Chinese restourant selling typical Malaysian food, watan mee, porridge, pan mee, and etc. Then something caught me, some Burmese selling something call Sabuti. From far it look like porridge. When I get a closer look at it, it is soup, like the Indian ox tail or chicken soup. My curiosity tell me to try it. I sit down and order 1 portion. They serve with salt and MSG. An extra RM 1 you will get the fried beef with chili and onion, I warm you...is super hot..at least for my standard. After my first sip and I know why they serve the salt and MSG. The soup is plain, pretty plain in taste. One might enjoy it but not me. I prefer my soup to be a bit "spice". I added the salt and MSG and the soup taste better. Please note this is not a healthy way of eating soup. Don't try it too often :D The ingredient inside the soup, beef and corn. I was browsing Apple Store Malaysia for the new MacBook Pro and I found something interesting . Apple Store Malaysia is offering iPhone 4 8GB (RM1,799) and iPhone 3Gs 8GB (RM1,199). Yes, you can purchase the iPhone outright with not contract attached. That's might be good news for those who done really enjoy contract. However I do hope Apple Store would offer iPhone 4 16GB and 32GB and Of course, iPhone 4S. [ source ]

Cats believed to be the guardian of the Underworld and fear by all evil. Cats are able to go in and out from Underworld, freely. If I would to have a cat as pet and I would like my cat to take me to a adventure at the Underworld. There is a lot of myths and stories about afterlife and Underworld. Underworld is a place, a jail for all the greatest evil on earth. Those souls who is dammed will send to deepest of Underworld to receive eternal punishment and suffer. Those souls who is blessed will arrive at Elysium, the place of happiness and eternal peace. I can not imagine what adventure awaiting for me at Underworld. Will I end up trying to escape from Cerberus, the hell gate watch dog, which I think my cat could not help much as dogs are cats natural enemies... or would I end up exploring the Elysium for angel and good souls? maybe a bit boring.... If I would have a cat as pet, maybe I would name it Morpheus :D, If I would have a cat I would .....

I've try install the latest Ubuntu 11.10 on Virtual Box. I am impressed with how simple the installation step can be. I've print screen the step by step and basically it took me less then 20 step to finish install a OS (please take note the last few step is the installation process and with some interesting preview of the OS). The long awaited Ubuntu 11.10 is ready for download. Too bad its getting late and I don't feel like download it now. Maybe I just help spread the news :D. I just manage to update my 2 years old iPhone 3Gs to the latest iOS 5. I am impressed as most new features announced are available for 3Gs. Although to enjoy the fullness of iOS 5, you will need the iPhone 4S, that's where Siri will shine :D Anyway, the update is pretty straight forward and one should be able to DIY. As usual, download the new iTune and iOS 5 image. Actually I finished the download on 12th, when iOS first available but not able to finish the update as iPhone need to get online to be verify for restore?. Since during the first day iOS 5 available, too many people trying to update iOS 5 and cause Apple server to hang (as reported on most forum and website), I am not able to connect and verify my iPhone thus the update failed. Lucky my existing data remain un-touch. I waited until the next day, which is today. The update is a success and a bit slow, but success .... The backup, restore process took me about an 1/2 hour, maybe more. Then iPhone screen will prompt you

I post a new about Ubuntu countdown recently  here  and I notice something different here, beside the count down day getting nearly, the design of the page is change and I guess to make it ready for the launch date. 1 more day to go and to reveal what Ubuntu offers us. I was shock when I heard the news over the radio. Steve Jobs pass away on the morning..... Steve Jobs leave is a loss to mankind. There is so many things Steve Jobs could have archive Steve Jobs is a legend and people will always remember him as the legends. . Even a legend can not escape death. Apple done a great job with iPhone 4 and Apple will continue the tradition to do create and innovate better iPhone. So come the iPhone 4S, which announced on 4th October 2011, the successor if iPhone 4 or I would like to call it an upgrade of iPhone 4. Just like what happen during iPhone 3G to 3Gs. iPhone 4S is a hardware and software upgrade.  However iPhone 4S is not the normal hardware upgrade, A5 dual-core processor, new 8 megapixel camera, a new antenna design and of cause the dual mode GSM and CDMA chip. Beside the typical hardware upgrade, iPhone 4S also introduce 64GB internal storage option, which is a good news for those whose enjoy downloading gigs of media into their devices. I am more interest on the new camera which have a new CMOS sensor and new lens design. Apple claim the new camera have a 5 precision elements and f2.4 aperture. Well ... actually is not a secret the countdown is for the launching of Ubuntu latest release, Ubuntu 11.10, code named "Oneiric Ocelot". "Oneiric Ocelot" is reaching its beta 2 release and I have yet have the chance to go through the details and chances. However to me the recent release of Ubuntu is not much of a revolutionary like Windows 8's touch screen and MacOS's LaunchPad and full screen apps. The last few release is just bug fix and enhancement on hardware support and of course nicer user interface. Nothing to complaint here as Ubuntu is still the most user friendly Linux distribution around. The best part is Ubuntu is free and have a strong and large support group. What more I can ask :D.
