Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I need to get all my credit card replaced. I own few cards issue from 4 different bank. 2 local and 2 foreign. The 2 local is Ambank and Hong Leong Bank, while 2 foreign bank is Citibank and HSBC. It was Saturday, midnight, I call the customer service and report lost card. All bank able to get my existing card blocked. However when it come to card replacement, the 2 local bank not able to proceed. One give a reason system not available and one give a reason it is non working hours. What about the 2 foreign bank? Yes both bank able to get the replacement card process done. So for the 2 local bank card I have to call again on Monday to get my replacement card. Now, a lot of you might think the replacement card is ready and collect during next working day. You will be disappointed. Citibank provide 24 hours card replacement service and I got my new card on Monday, collected at HQ. Next card ready to collect is Hong Leong Bank, Friday. Ambank card on
